I’m an electrical engineer and product designer with 15 years of experience, and I honestly think Snap Circuits is one of the best learning kits on the market. I tutor a lot, and breadboards or soldering can be frustrating when someone is just starting out. The snap system removes a lot of that friction, so the focus stays on learning the circuit instead of fighting the connections.
I’ve been working on some custom expansions too, including a fully working flashlight using Snap Circuits and 3D-printed parts. I recently posted a video showing the build.
